General Terms and Policy
1. Insurance and Delivery charge
The delivery and insurance fee will be charged if the customer request delivery from Hong Kong to their overseas company. The price varies based on order value. Otherwise, the goods can be delivered during different exhibitions or sales trip hand carried by our salesman.
*We mainly send out the goods by Fedex, EMS or carried by our salesman to the customers
2. Payment terms
Normally, we need to receive deposit to confirm your orders and start production. The balance payment should be settled before shipment. Please note the details below:
a) Order below US 2,000: full payment when you order
b) Order from US 2,000-10,000: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
c) Order over US 10,000: 20% deposit, 80% before shipment
*For the US customers, you can settle payment by T/T or sending a cheque to our LA office. For other customers, please settle payment by T/T.
3. Others
a) We welcome customers’ own design and tailor-made orders. But we need to charge the mould fee for the first order as we need to develop a new mould for production. This fee will be eliminated when you repeat the orders.
- We do not accept return of goods but we guarantee free repair service if the merchandises are not damaged intentionally.
